Our yard sits right on 201 Greer Dr in Simpsonville's developing industrial corridor, and this is still where most of our work happens. From the clock tower and brick storefronts at the heart of Simpsonville's historic downtown — incorporated back in 1901 and still known by its own long-running “Simply Home” motto — out through the newer subdivisions toward Mauldin and Five Forks, and into the Golden Strip growth corridor toward Fountain Inn, we have put containers on just about every kind of lot this part of the Upstate has.

If the container has to sit on a public street or sidewalk rather than your own driveway or yard, the City of Simpsonville governs that placement through its own published Street Cut Permit process (a published $500 fee for encroaching on city streets, curbs, rights-of-way or easements, though the page does not spell out a dumpster-specific line item, so we never publish that figure as gospel here) — check current requirements by calling the City's Public Works Department directly. Private property itself is unregulated. Outside Simpsonville's own city limits, every other incorporated city or town in our service area handles its own placement permits through its own council or public works department; and on unincorporated county land — with no township layer to fall back on — Greenville County’s own Building Safety & Codes Compliance department (or the equivalent Anderson or Spartanburg County department) handles it. Confirm the current fee and process directly with whichever office applies, and allow lead time before you plan a same-day drop. Prohibited items follow South Carolina’s statewide solid-waste law, and Greenville County Residential Waste & Recycling Center is the resource we point customers to for the categories a roll-off cannot take: paints, fuels, chemicals, lead-acid batteries, whole tires and major appliances (all three flatly barred from landfill disposal by South Carolina law — S.C. Code §§ 44-96-180, -170 and -200), plus computers and TVs, which have been banned from South Carolina landfills statewide since 2011 and are best routed through Greenville County’s own recycling resources.
